3 Ways to Manage Your Energy as You Age

If you are like me and you love what you do and you’re planning to work until you’re at least 70, you need to manage your energy. So, let me give you 3 ways to manage your energy effectively.

#1 Exercise Consistently
Whatever works for you, do it consistently. I like lifting weights and walking by the river. I encourage you to find out what works for you and then do it consistently.

#2 Sleep Sufficiently
You may need 7-hour sleep. I need around 8. Make sure that you’re getting it. And if you don’t, give yourself permission if necessary, to take a nap during the day. It will really help your energy.

#3 Eat Moderately
We all enjoy our food. We all enjoy our drink, but make sure that you don’t eat or drink in excess on a consistent basis because that will ruin your energy.

Those are 3 things you can do to keep yourself in the game for the next 20 or 30 years. Sleep sufficiently, exercise consistently, eat moderately. I hope you found this video helpful, feel free to share it with others.
